IN-STORE PURCHASES FROM MINT VINTAGEUnfortunately we are unable to provide full refunds on in-store purchases.
You may return your item for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of making the initial purchase. Credit notes must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.
Please note: You will not be able to use an in-store credit note on an online purchase.
ONLINE PURCHASES FROM MINT VINTAGE ONLINE
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, however if the items have already been shipped we cannot cancel the order so they must be returned or exchanged.Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE AND GOODS PURCHASED IN-STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED ONLINE.
All prices shown are in GBP only. This is intended only to provide a guide for the final cost, international purchases will vary depending on the credit card provider’s conversion rate for each particular purchase made on any given day.
Shipping & Handling -
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the item you buy from Mint is available at the time of sale, sometimes we can make a mistake and the item may no longer be available. In this rare case, we will always contact you directly and issue a refund right away.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Please see table below for information on shipping options and prices.

Next Day Delivery is only available on UK orders.
Mint uses a Royal Mail Signed For service for all products. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your item at your door. You will receive an email at the dispatch of your item that includes a Royal Mail tracking number. All items are trackable within the U.K. You can track your item on www.postoffice.co.uk/track-trace.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by Royal Mail (or, for International delivery, your local post supplier) for you to collect your package from your local post office. Please do so within 7 days or the package will be sent back to us. We can then arrange for re-delivery, however at your own cost. Alternatively, we can give you a refund. You will be notified by email if we receive your package back.
The shipping times given are only an estimate. We regret that sometimes items take longer to arrive, due to circumstances outside our control. If the estimated shipping time has passed and you are still waiting for your item please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to track it down.
Please note, on international orders you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excess on your order, and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.
If your item is lost in the post, Mint will gladly issue a refund however Post Office regulations state that an item is not considered as “lost” until at least 15 days after posting for UK Standard, 10 Days for UK Express and 25 days for International deliveries. Returns & Exchanges -
If you are not 100% happy with the item you have bought from Mint we do offer a full refund 10 days from the date you signed for your item. We cannot process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to return it to us for a full refund, and purchase the new item through a separate transaction.
The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out in, with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our terms are not met.
If the item you receive from Mint is damaged or faulty and this was not outlined in the product description you are then eligible for a refund – please contact customer services as soon as you can to lodge a return. The garment will be inspected at the shop before a refund can be issued.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order. If you have lost it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new form.
2. Pack up the item and place the Returns Form in your return package, as well as your original order invoice.
3. Send the package back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Our address is:

Items must be returned at your own cost. You have 10 days from when the original package was signed for to return for a refund.
*Your original shipping cost and return cost will be refunded if: (A) the item had faults and damages not described in the product description. (B) We sent you the wrong item.
Please make sure to send your return using a traceable service and always remember to keep your receipt of postage. Mint will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
